phfun Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phfun ("phfun," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phfun.one. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phfun platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the phfun platform and all associated services. Continued use of phfun following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

phfun reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their phfun account or through a prominent notice on the phfun platform. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

To register and use the phfun platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of phfun:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations and PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing phfun from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phfun or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from phfun or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any recognized responsible gaming authority in the Philippines.

phfun reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during a player's use of the platform. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

To access phfun's gaming services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process at phfun.one. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active phfun account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phfun employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phfun account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your phfun account.
• You must notify phfun immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team.
• phfun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

phfun's Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit supporting documentation, including a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

All financial transactions on the phfun platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phfun supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at phfun's discretion.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the phfun cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phfun wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• phfun does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• phfun reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. phfun will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not been fully verified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are specified in the phfun cashier section.
• phfun reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

phfun may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all phfun bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phfun reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time.

phfun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

All games available on the phfun platform — including slot games, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games such as Captain Fisher and Monster Mine, and any other titles — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

phfun is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All phfun games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are operated by regulated live studio providers. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by phfun or any third party.

• phfun does not guarantee any specific outcome, return-to-player rate, or winning result for any game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, phfun reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account.
• Wagers placed and game results recorded on phfun's servers shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute.
• phfun reserves the right to void any wager or withhold any payout that is the result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phfun platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one phfun account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the phfun platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the phfun platform. Any such discovery must be reported to phfun support immediately.
• Using phfun for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any phfun software or technology.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the phfun platform or the experience of other players.
• Accessing phfun from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

phfun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. phfun provides a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their phfun account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from phfun may request self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting phfun support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

phfun strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit minors to access its gaming services. All content on the phfun platform, including but not limited to the phfun brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials, are the intellectual property of phfun or its licensors and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phfun platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phfun content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phfun content.
• Use phfun's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phfun platform.

Any unauthorized use of phfun's intellectual property is a violation of this Agreement and applicable law, and phfun reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfun, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phfun platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on phfun.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the phfun platform or any game.
• Technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues affecting gameplay or transactions.
• Unauthorized access to your phfun account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the phfun platform.

The phfun platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phfun makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any game offered thereon.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, phfun's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

phfun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on phfun, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phfun Privacy Policy.

phfun collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of customer support. phfun does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

phfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Determination that a player is ineligible to use phfun under Section 2 of this Agreement.

Upon account closure, phfun will conduct a review of the account balance and any pending transactions. Where closure is due to a player's breach of this Agreement, phfun reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where closure is initiated by phfun for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable processing times and verification requirements.

Players may also voluntarily close their phfun account at any time by contacting phfun support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions at the time of the closure request.

phfun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phfun will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the phfun platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the phfun platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using phfun and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be accessible at phfun.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and phfun, we encourage you to first contact phfun's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phfun will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

phfun's records, including transaction logs, game records, and account activity data, shall constitute prima facie evidence in any dispute resolution proceeding, unless demonstrably inaccurate.
